How to prepare goat meat Pepper soup; Unripe Plantain; goat meat

It's freaking cold and pouring heavy.
We need to ward off the cold.
Pepper soup is one major soup that's in a class by itself. It can be cooked in different ways depending on what you want.
You can cook it with Yam, Plantain or without any of the two. The protein can be goat meat, cow tail, fresh fish, cat fish or assorted meat.
Interestingly, it is so easy to prepare and doesn't take time. Pepper soup is one soup you must try at the bar. It has become the norm to see both old and young at the bar enjoying pepper soup with cold beer. They say it makes the enjoyment complete 😁 especially when it's friends hanging out together.
With Covid-19 still out at large, you can enjoy pepper soup with your family indoor especially during this rainy season.
As I said earlier, pepper soup is in a class of it's own. For this recipe, it'll be made with unripe plantain.

Plantains are rich sources of complex carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals, and are easily digestible. Plantains contain a good amount of your daily amount of vitamin C in a single cup. This vitamin help boost your immune system. (Wikipedia)

Directions:
- peel the plantain and dice into small sizes in oder to cook evenly.

    1. I would prefer a ripe bunch of plantain other than unripe plantain. Suitable for the procedures?
