Stir fry Pasta, Garnished Spaghetti

Do you know that you can make fast meals without sweating in the kitchen? Hahaha, now you're interested. Yes! Garnished Spaghetti is so easy to prepare, no stress, just some "shhh" here and "shh" there. This type is called Stir fried Pasta. You can decide whatever you want in it, that's what makes stir fry unique and flavorful. Yum! I'm salivating already.

So, ladies and gents, shall we?

Ingredients
Thin/ Fat Spaghetti
Fresh Pepper
Carrots
Green Bell Pepper
Runner Beans
Onions
Groundnut Oil
Seasoning
Salt
Ginger and Garlic (optional)

Directions
- Slice all vegetables, blend fresh pepper and set aside.

- Bring water to boil, add salt.
- once boiled, add the spaghetti. You can break it in or leave it whole like I did.

- leave to cook. Be careful not to over cook it.
- Drain the water and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan/pot.
- fry onions and green bell pepper till translucent.

- add in the fresh pepper, fry a bit.

- add in the veggies also to fry.

At this point, you can add stir fried chicken breast or meat and fry with the veggies. You can add this if you want. However, for this recipe, I didn't add any of the above.
You are free to tweak the recipe as much as you want.
For Chicken/meat- stir fry before adding to the sauce because we don't want excess water.
Frying releases the natural flavor of your meal and doesn't give room for spoilage.
- Add the seasoning. Do not add salt because salt has been added to the spaghetti.
- Add the cooked spaghetti
I boiled peas with the spaghetti because they are fresh and tend to be hard. They are not as soft as the canned peas. If you prefer canned peas, fry with with the veggies.
- Stir.
Wow, this smells delicious. Can you see how free the pasta is, it isn't sticky. Hmm, this smells divine.
Your Garnished stir fry Pasta is ready.
You can enjoy this with any protein of your choice. As for me, I had mine with this
